Family Project

Grand Tour Colorado is a family project inspired by the 5th grade passport program for students in Colorado. Our goal is to hit as many Colorado ski destinations as possible this season, and we invite you to follow along or join us...

Getting Started

Connect to us on social media (Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter), see where we are skiing, and meet up with us on the mountain. Get a Grand Tour Colorado passport and a sticker for each area you ski!

Become a member of this site (its free), keep track of each area you ski, post pictures and details of your adventures, invite more friends, and hopefully meet up with us along the way.

KIDS
5TH GRADE PASSPORT program : Three {3} FREE days of skiing or snowboarding at each of CSCUSA 20 member resorts.

The Epic SchoolKids Colorado Pack is a FREE program for Kindergarten through 5th graders that provides skiing and riding at: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone.

A-Basin Kids Free (not included in Vail’s program; ends 11/8/2015).

ADULTS
Adults aren’t free, but here are a few ways to save some $$$. If you have more ideas on deals, please let us know!

Various Colorado Ski pass programs group areas together for lower pricing: Multi-Mountain Passes & Epic Pass.

The Colorado GEMS Card $20: 2-FOR-1 Lift tickets at 8 resorts: A-Basin, Ski Cooper, Eldora, Loveland, Monarch, Powderhorn, Ski Granby Ranch & Sunlight.

The Aspen Classic Pass starting at $239: 4 or 7 days of skiing/riding on all four mountains; no blackout dates; additional days at 30% off the 1-day in-resort rate.

Similar Projects

Coloradoans have a rich history of creating lists of destinations and then ticking them off. Most famous perhaps is climbing all of the state's 54 14ers. Even better is skiing the 14ers! Pick an activity, make a list, and go for it!
